Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://curliseventco.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Curlis Event Co. reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Curlis Event Co. markets and arranges High Peak Tent Rentals, Round Table Rentals, Chair Rentals. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://curliseventco.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Curlis Event Co. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Curlis Event Co. may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Curlis Event Co. makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curlis Event Co.'s aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Curlis Event Co. in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Curlis Event Co. harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. LA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in LA.

Modifications. Curlis Event Co. may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
